This is why, four times a week, we offer a lively programme of games, sports and fun for our guests of between four and 14 years old. While the little ones are carefully supervised as they do crafts, build snowmen or hunt for treasure, the older ones can enjoy billiards, bowling, campfires or pool parties. He is always good for a surprise, and is the perfect subject matter for drawings and paintings. He comes as a soft toy for cuddly moments and provides entertainment in real life. 1. What are the summer and winter highlights for families at the MONDI Resort Oberstaufen?
One of the highlights at the MONDI Resort Oberstaufen is the Oberstaufen Plus Guest Pass, which you will receive when you arrive. It gives the whole family free access to the mountain railways and also includes ski passes, all at no additional cost. There are lots of family-friendly walks, mountain bike trails and winter sports close to the resort. We also have newly refurbished family apartments, an 80 square metre indoor play area with a slide and a climbing wall, an indoor pool, a spa complex, a playroom, table tennis and a bowling alley, all of which can be used all year round. In the summer, there is also tennis, trampolining, street basketball, football goals, a large sand play area and a forest adventure playground. But the real highlight of any holiday is the pool party in the hotelâs own indoor pool.

Catering arrangements at the MONDI Resort Oberstaufen can be very flexible, which is especially handy for families with children of different ages. It is up to you whether you do all the catering for yourselves in the family apartment kitchenettes. Alternatively, you can use the daily fresh roll service, order a breakfast pack for your own fridge or enjoy the generous breakfast buffet. At lunchtime and in the afternoons, you can order coffee and cake or other snacks in the bar and/or dine on fine à la carte Allgäu cuisine in the child-friendly restaurant. There are treats for everyone on the menu, whether they are children, vegetarians, vegans or they suffer from allergies or intolerances.
4. What family-friendly services and childcare options are there?
We have a range of baby equipment you can borrow, including a long range baby monitor. The MONDI Resort Oberstaufen is geared towards families with babies and children, with around 15 hours a week of charming entertainment provided for children of four and over. We are also working on a babysitting service for the very little ones. You can also book swimming courses (within the resort) or nearby riding or mountain biking courses as an extra.
5. What has the MONDI Resort Oberstaufen got to offer for teenagers?
Teenagers love the massive complex where there is always something new to discover. After high-octane mountain biking, climbing and canyoning adventures, they love the indoor pool and the huge whirlpool, and also enjoy playing table tennis or billiards and bowling. In summer, there is also tennis, trampolining and street basketball, plus a campfire with twist bread and pool parties in the holidays. There is also free WiFi.
