1. What outdoor activities can you take part in directly from the hotel in summer and winter?
Because of its excellent location between Oberstaufen and the mountain railways and the bus stop right outside the front entrance, the MONDI Resort is the perfect base for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf and riding in the summer months. In winter, the holiday resort is perfectly placed in the Allgäu for winter hiking, tobogganing, cross-country and downhill skiing, free-riding, ski tours, etc.
2. What equipment is available to borrow?
We lend out tennis racquets and table tennis bats, back carriers for children, walking poles and rucksacks. In the summer, the Oberstaufen Plus Guest Pass also includes daily use of a loan electric bike. If there is anything else you need, we have expert partners in the area who will be able to help.

The Oberstaufen Plus Guest Pass gives you free access to a range of attractions local to Oberstaufen. The main highlight is the free year-round use of the mountain railways, it is virtually the only guest pass that can be used for skiing in Hündle, Imberg, Hochgrat und Sinswang. There are all sorts of interesting sights and natural landmarks near the MONDI Resort Oberstaufen. From King Louis’s Neuschwanstein castle high above Lake Constance and the Buchenegger waterfalls, to the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park and the Ureibe bei Steibis trail.
